No. Reverse-Flow is a done-for-you service. We set it up, connect it to your store, train your team, and support you for 30 to 60 days after launch.
Do my customers need an app or an account?
No. They start a return by text message and get their label by text.
How does payment for setup work?
50% is due at signing and 50% at launch.
How is the monthly retainer billed?
Monthly, in advance, starting the day your system goes live. There's no deposit on the retainer.
Is there a deal for early customers?
Yes. Our First Customer Launch Offer takes 50% off setup and the first three months of retainer, in exchange for honest feedback and a testimonial. Spots are limited.
I'm not a business. I just need to send one package back.
