About Reverse-Flow
Reverse-Flow was founded by Terry Neal. Terry came up through warehouses and field operations, then spent nearly twenty years in the electrical trade, where running material, tools, and inventory across big job sites taught him one thing: anything you don't track, you lose.
Returns are the same problem. Most sellers handle them by email and guesswork, and money leaks out every step of the way. Reverse-Flow fixes that with a process that is fast, tracked, and built to make very few mistakes.
